The family-run care home was delighted to win the Promoting Well-being Award, recognising the outstanding care, compassion and dedication shown every day to support residents' happiness, independence and quality of life.
Adding to the celebrations, Senior Carer Jenny Ridley received a Long Service Award, honouring her years of commitment and invaluable contribution to the home. The award recognises not only her dedication but also the positive difference she has made to the lives of residents, families and colleagues over many years.
Coombe House was also awarded Highly Commended in the Manager in Care category, with Home Manager Suzanne Howard recognised for her outstanding leadership, supported by Deputy Manager Sarah Windebank. Together, they have helped create a caring and supportive environment where both residents and staff can thrive.

"Supporting the wellbeing of our residents is at the heart of everything we do, and these achievements belong to our whole team.
